Avocado Toast with
Sunny Side Egg
Yield: 1 serving
Calories 280

Easy to make, and truly delicious, healthy and under 300
Calories.


Ingredients
1 slice whole grain bread, toasted 
About 2 ounces (100 Calories) of mashed avocado from a 1/2 of  small Haas avocado
1 large farm fresh egg
Kosher salt and  black pepper to taste
Dash of Hot sauce (optional)

Directions: Mash the avocado in a small bow and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a small nonstick skillet over lo9w heat, spray with oil and gently crack the egg into the skillet. Cover and cook to your liking.
Place mashed avocado over toast, top with egg, salt and pepper and hot sauce if desired!
