Fresh Peach Green Smoothie

Yield 2 servings, each 16 ounces
Calories 205 per 16 ounces

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup packed baby spinach
2 large or 4 small fresh ripe sweet peaches, pitted, and diced
2 tablespoons raw shelled hemp seeds
1 3/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice.
Sweetener of choice ( I use Splendor)

-Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adjust sweetener to taste

Chef's note: If you are planning on making these smoothies often, I suggest you, peel 4 or 5 banana's and place them in a plastic freezer bag, to always have on hand. Therefore there is no waste, because the banana gets too ripe.

I also suggest you crush the ice cubes before putting them in the blender.

Both of these smoothies are delicious, and nutritious- great if you are on a diet, to replace one of your meals.

Enjoy, Chef Ed
