Lemon Feta Chicken
Drumsticks with Oregano

Ingredients for two portions
4 skinless chicken drumsticks
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 teaspoons dried oregano
Juice of one lemon plus zest of the lemon
1/3 cup of feta cheese grated
Jar of Store brought Giardinera
Oven: 375 degrees- approx baking time 45 minutes
-Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper
-Equally divide the garlic and oregano over the drumsticks, than sprinkle with the juice of one lemon -
-Marinate the drumsticks, in the refrigerator for 1 hour,
-Bake the drumsticks on a small baking dish; until they brown up nicely; than divide the grated Feta cheese over each breasts- return
the drumsticks to the oven, until the cheese melts- (maybe about 5 minutes)
Plate two drumsticks on each plate, than, divide some Romain Lettuce, topped with Giardinera (Italian Pickled Veg), sprinkle the salad with some of the juice from the jar of Giardinera
This recipe can be doubled, tripled etc.
