Pork Chops
Yield: 4
Ingredients:
4 Bone in Pork Chops
Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons of Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
Juice of 1/2 lime
-Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
- Poke holes in the pork chops and than place in a large zip lock bag and pour in the marinade.
-Let it marinate for an hour or overnight (the longer the better)
-After the chops have marinated for as long as you like, heat the oven to 420 degrees.
-Place the 4 chops in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the chops, and place in the preheated oven
-Cook for 30-40 minutes.
-Once done, let cool down a bit. These chops are moist and drenched in flavor.
