Grilled Steak with
Cauliflower and Asparagus with
Blue Cheese Dressing
Serves 4


Ingredients: 
4 Sirloin Steaks
-Preheat grill. 
-Brush each steak with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Preheat oven:375 degrees

1 heat of cauliflower  or about 4 cups florets
12 asparagus spears
1 to 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon dried oregano (Italian)
Pinch of Paprika
3 large eggs,. beaten
salt and pepper to taste

Bottled Blue Cheese Dressing, or if you like a nice Ranch Dressing works well with this recipe.

-Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-If the cauliflower florets are too big, cut them so they are bite size.
-In a shallow plate beat the eggs and add paprika, salt and pepper and 1/2 of the oregano.Whisk so that its well combined.
-In another shallow plate combine the breadcrumbs together with the rest of the oregano and additional salt and pepper if required.
-Dip each cauliflower floret in the egg mixture, making sure it is fully coated, than in the breadcrumbs mixture; repeat this process with the asparagus spears. Place the vegetables on the prepared sheet pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.



-Grill the steaks to the doneness  you or your guest  prefers.
