Balsamic Honey Mustard
Pork Chops
 
Serves 4
Calories 366
 

Ingredients: 

1 lb Pork Chops, (4 chops)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Jam (Your choice: Peach, Apricot, Blackberry)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha

1 tbsp Oil

Method:
-Combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, jam, mustard, soy sauce, garlic and sriracha in a small bowl, and mix well until totally blended.
-Using a large zip lock bag, place the pork chops and the marinade ingredients, and marinate from 1 hours to overnight.
-Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat,remove the chops from the marinade and add them to the heated pan and cook until lightly golden brown on one side, about 3-5 minutes, flip them, add the marinade and cook until the pork chops are done, and the sauce has come to a boil and thickened, about 5 minutes.

Chef's Note:

Grilling Method:
-Place the chops on the grill of your choice (Electric, stove top, outdoor etc)
 
- While the chops are grilling; Pour the marinade into a small saucepan, and bring to a boil and, cook till slightly thickened.

-Serve with your choice of rice, or  mashed potato and veggie.
