 Coconut Mango & Green Tea Popsicle's
Yield: 8 Popsicle's 
Calories per Pop is 93 


Ingredients:

Green Tea Ingredients
2 Teaspoons Matcha  green tea powder
1 1/3 cup full fat (or you can use Light) Coconut Milk
2 Tablespoons of Agave  (your can use Honey and or Maple Syrup)


Mango Ingredients:

2 cups of small diced fresh Mango (from about 2 to 3 Mango's)
1/2 cup full fat Coconut Milk (or light)
Juice of one Lemon
1 tablespoon of Agave (or honey or Maple syrup)


For the Green Tea:
 
-In a blender combine all of the above ingredients, puree until smooth and no lumps.
-Pour the Green tea mixture into 8 Popsicle molds.
-Place in the freezer for about 1/2 hour, till it starts to harden- 

For the Mango

-In a clean blender, combine the diced mango, lemon juice, coconut milk and lemon juice; puree until smooth.
-Divide the mixture, equally between the 8 molds, and than place a Popsicle stick  in the center of each mold.
-Return to the freezer, and freeze completely 

Chef's Note:
When the Popsicle's are completely frozen, carefully run hot water over the molds, - than pull them out and store in a zip lock freezer bags up to 4 weeks.
