Asian Zucchini Noodles
Yield: 2-4 servings




Ingredients

2 large zucchini spiralized



For the sauce:

1/4 cup dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 teaspoons oil (vegetable or canola)
1/4 cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic minced

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together  the soy sauce, sriracha sauce and brown sugar; set aside

Method:

-In a large skillet, add 1 teaspoon of oil and minced onions; cook onions for about two minutes  or until tender; add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
-Add the prepared sauce and cook for 1 minute, then add the Spiralized noodles and cook 1-2 minutes, or until fully coated with the sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy.
