This recipe is absolulely delicious, easy succulent, skinless, bone-in with a spice blend great on any grilled or baked meats, including chicken breasts, beef and kabobs.

Smoke Paprika Spice Blend Recipe
(Use only 2 tablespoons for this recipe- store the rest for other recipes)

4 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
3 tablespoons Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
3 tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
3 tablespoons brown sugar (lite or dark)

-Combine all the ingredients for the Paprika Spice Blend in a small container and shake until well combined. Set aside covered.

Bake the Chicken thighs

-Preheat oven 450F with the baking rack in the middle
-Trim off any excess fat on the thighs
-Using a large zip lock bag or large bowl, add the chicken thighs with 2 tablespoons of oil or mayo, and 2 Tablespoons of the Paprika Spice Blend with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well, to ensure all the breasts are covered with the blend.
-Add the chicken to a 9" x9" baking pan or baking sheet  and bake uncovered in a preheated 450F degrees oven for about 45 to 55 minutes.

Serve with rice, or potato and vegetable of choice. I served it with smashed potato  and sweet corn  on the cob.
